We've made hiring our cleaning services a simple and transparent process. From your initial contact with us, we'll tell you about our services and ask you about what type of cleaning you need and any special requests you may have.
We'll then request some information about your home and provide you with a free estimate. Then just schedule an appointment for us to come clean your home. It's as easy as that!
Tell us about your cleaning service requirements
We are here for you and to meet the needs of each client. Once you get in touch with us regarding your interest in our cleaning services, we'll need to get some basic information from you such as:
- Square footage of you home
- Number of rooms and which you'd like for us to clean
- Types of flooring and windows
- Special surfaces types (ej. marble)
- # of people and if you have any pets
- Any specific instructions you may have
This information will help us know what cleaning products and cleaning equipment we will need.
Prices and scheduling
At Call Paula Cleaning Service we pride ourselves on clear and transparent pricing, and convenient cleaning service scheduling. We'll provide you with a free detailed estimate so that there are no surprises when you receive the bill for our work. Once you're happy with what we've quoted you, you can get in touch with us Monday to Friday to schedule an appointment. We'll follow up with you 48 hours before the requested time slot to confirm it, and send you an email as a reminder of the costs and services we'll provide. Please note that no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancelation is made 24 hours before the service date.
Our cleaning staff
Allowing any company into your home involves a lot of trust. You can be comfortable knowing that Call Paula Cleaning Service thoroughly vets all of our staff and we do not hire outside contractors.
Our employees are also fully trained to use the cleaning products and equipment we use. Your home will be in safe hands with us.
